S.W. Collins Company - Lincoln

S.W. Collins, a family-owned full-service lumber and building materails supply center, broke ground in the spring of 2014 to relocate their Lincoln store closer to the interstate exit. J. McLaughlin Construction was responsible for all the ground work prep including detention ponds, driveway and parking lot.

McDonald's Restaurant - Houlton

McDonald's restaurant on North Street in Houlton was completely rebuilt in 2016. J. McLaughlin Construction was responsible for all the ground work prep including the driveway and parking lot. This entire project was completed in just three months time.

McDonald's Restaurant - Lincoln

McDonald's restaurant on West Broadway in Lincoln was completely rebuilt in early 2012. J. McLaughlin Construction was responsible for all the ground work prep including the driveway and parking lot that has helped alleviate traffic jams in the nearby shopping center and on West Broadway. This entire project was completed in just three months time. We also support municipal water and sewer projects.
